Nitrous Questions?

Ok i got a nitrous kit with solenoids, 10 lb bottle, WOT micro switch, and all the hoses... 275$, it NOS system.. can a purge valve be installed with that setup........ Anyone know what kind of results it will give me, my mods: (K&N, offroad h-pipe, flowmasters, 1-5/8 in. bbk headers, 3.73 trac lok) think i could look at some low 15 second times with a micro switch, 75 shot, and a gutted car???

Yeah, that's doable. Watch out though, nitrous can kill your tranny (if still original) much sooner than before.

Why do you say that?

A purge kit can be added. It plumbs in right before the n2o solenoid. I would consider a window switch before the purge kit....I went all the way and got a hobbs (fuel pressure safety) switch, window switch and an external fuel pump (works with the in-tank pump). I'm also running a 150-200 shot so the added measure of safety makes me feel better :D If you have questions I can help (at least as far as installing it goes)
