The cam I put in my car seems to work pretty well with my set up. It's the Comp Cams XE270HR-14 cam - 218/224 duration, .544/.544 lift with 1.72 rockers, which I have. The '-14' is actually a blower/nitrous cam, but it seems run awesome regardless. They also make the same cam but with a 112 lobe separation.

To NYC - If I go to NY (manhattan) are there any junkyards (& other parts supply with good stock) that easily can be reached by subway or local train = close to station or bus?

There are none in Manhattan that I know of. I work in midtown, so it's all offices. You might be able to do a search for junkyards in NYC and see what you can find close to a train..

That's a ways off from Manhattan, John. :D I would think the junk yards are outside the city in much less expensive real estate.

I agree.
It's just that Scott finds stuff that we didn't even know existed smile.gif And as a mechanic, he's got a great eye for, 'things that people always need but can never find'.

I got the E303 cam with my GT-40 motor. Pulls like a mule but ugly at idle and low speeds also as per ford motorsports needs 30lb injectors 30lb calibrated MAF meter and bigger fuel pump.I'd reccomend something a bit milder for a daily driver.

Put a 3000 stall converter in that car, Drake, and it'll be a monster down low, too.
