Whiteface gauges

I've seen opinions here before of gauge faces that look like crap but I just got one from Nex Tech on E-Bay for $3 ! that looks killer! Lights up blue. Anybody have advice on R&R of the speedo needle to install it ?
Oh and believe it or not $3 is the "buy it now" price

Put the pointed end thru the hole, slide the face under the center to get the butt end in, PITA to get it all installed.

The needle will pull straight off. Note where it points when off, usually just below 10. The "peg" on these speedo's is internal. When ready to re-install simply push it on, then "slide" the needle back to where it was. It worked fine for me. Any questions? Just ask. :D Good luck!
