Mark VII Ad

I don't know if this is the place to ask, but if not, I'm sure I'll be told. I am looking to replace my high mileage 90 Bill Blass. I have found one on Autotrader that has promise but it is 500+ miles away in NE Philly. Is there a member in the area that would give a look see at the general condition of it?

I'd be a little suspicious ... first of all, it's listed as : 1988 Lincoln Mark VII Blass BUT in the comments, it's description says it's an '87 and needs a transmission.
