Owned for quite a while by an extremely nice gentlemen who is a member here. Previously owned by another very nice gentleman who is an old acquaintance from another board.

Delete it before he sees it

Personally I like it, I would not drive a pink car myself, but I still like it, the wheels aren't bad either. Looks like a playboy car, that rocks :D

No but Sandy (the person who ordered the car) has seen it and says that the current owner says that the original wheels go with the car.

This was out of my league at $8,000.00 as of this post, US $10,100.00 (Reserve not met)

See the bidding history.

See the bidders histories.

If the seller's reserve is around $12,000.00 I'd give this auction to mccrackinperformance. I'll bet that's either the dealership in PA or the racecar driver.

icky. The car matches the house, and the rims make it just gross IMO.

The car is stock sans the 100 spoke wheels. This is what it looked like two or three years ago:

I saw a seller of pink-tinted headlight bulbs on eBay a while back. I wonder if the bulbs came in a 9004 model?

Looks nice, I don’t mind the color, under some angles it even looks tan. Rims are not bad either, although something nicer can be fitted as well.

But I don't believe pink to be a good color for a MkVII. It was supposed to be "sport". Pink does not say sport. Pink says "plush" IMHO :D

Maybe I should have bought it when Al was selling it, just to spare it from its current state of transient ownership. :(

Unfortunately, yes.
I just need to use my Lincoln fence post remover and some plywood to dislodge it.

Leave your red car in the rain long enough and it too will be pink.

That is what happens when you wash a white car with a red T-shirt.
I keep telling you guys "You have to separate whites from the red colors or this will happen!' *sigh*

Wow and wow. Did he or she tint the bulbs themselves, or just happen to sell bulbs that came that way? Did they manage to sell a lot of them?

I saw them, too. They were for a fund raising promotion for Breast Cancer Awareness. They were only available for a week or so. I'm trying to remember which onliune (Ebay) store had them. I knew I had seen the name of it before. If I find it/think of it I'll post it up.
