Easy access/out feature

Hello, I have a 2002 LS Sport V6. Does anyone know how to deactivate the easy access/easy out feature? (driver's seat moves back automatically when removing key from ignition) The V6 does not have the message center which would allow you to disable it yourself. Thanks

I believe that is the way it is suppose to work. Read your owners manual.

Unfortunately there is no way for you to disable the easy access feature. :mad:

Since the V6 does not have the message center you have to go to a Lincoln dealer and have them re-program it. This is also true for enabling and disabling the automatic door locks, that is only your Lincoln dealer can turn them on and off. :mad: :mad:

On V8 LS's which have the message center, you can turn either feature on or off from the comfort of your driver's seat. smile.gif smile.gif smile.gif
