Check the fuel pressure, fuel filter and fuel pumps.
Also check your MAF to make sure that no crud has gotten on it.
How many miles on it? What year?

fuel filter is new ,I don't have a gauge for fuel rail pressure testing.old filter was pretty bad probly original.I checked boots they should be replaced but not sure if there bad. .after looking and feeling the new boot i bought. the silicone seems to be much softer than the new one,but there r no cracks/slices or anything on the old ones.Don't make much sense the car ran perfect after changing plugs for a week. Then bam it's back. Why would changing the plugs change the performance of the engine for a week and then go back to missing>????

Still sounds like a coil pack to me. Have you pulled codes on everything yet? Also, I've read (never happened to me) that Ford engines just don't "like" Bosch plugs, and burns them up pretty fast.
