What kind of wear is everyone getting out of their current tires?..... I have a 01 V6 Sport that has 15k since new tires(eagles) and they are down to 5/32??? is this normal?

It really depends on the type of tread rating your tires have. Each tire manufacturer will state the tread wear rating but that can sometimes be misleading. The reason is that a tread rating on Brand A tire may be 200 and Brand B will be 150. They may wear the same and last just as long. So, do your homework when selecting tires. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for and this is so true with tires. Of course, an all-season tire will typically last longer than a performance tire.
What brand of tire are you currently running?

With my 2000 LS V6 - I got 50K out of my original Firestone Firehawks. I did a 5-tire, 3,500 mile rotation on them, though.
I'm on my second set of Firehawks at 76K and now doing the 5-tire, 5K rotation. They seem to be holding up fine.
