It wasn't too bad a project. I fabricated my own clear lenses. I think it turned out pretty well.

Pray tell,
What did you do? I just looked at mine, they're as white as snow, and somehow the lenses sides are totally clear. Like new!!

Well actually what I did was to remove the amber lenses for the turn signals and replace them with the clear lenses I made. I think what you've got is a haze on your outer lens.

I got a mcguire lense cleaner/polisher from autozone $3.00.
WOW what a difference it made on my wife's christler! Night and day!
My 00' LS has one lense with a litle cloudyness, so i tried it cautiously. I was pleased to see it's now clear with little effort.
Although I was paranoid at first, after using this stuff, I doubt it could hard your lense no matter how hard you rub.
