I have a 2000 4x4 navigator. I recently had a ground force lowering kit and 23" wheel installed. The wheels are 305/40. The shop also lowered the rig additionally by adujuting the height sensors. I have noticed that my compressor seems to be on frequently while driving. Overnight with the suspension on my vehicle will lower in front and back, however the entire passenger side is exactly 3/4" lower than the entire drivers side. Could the compressors be on while driving because the height sensors or something is not level? OR is this an air spring leak?

Odds are if this happened after the suspension modifications, the bags are leaking. Lowering the suspension can make the bag fold differently, and cracks that used to be hidden are now a big problem.

Spray soapy water on the bags and look for leaks. Replace ASAP to save the life of the compressor.
