Yes, that's the same blower as the Ford GT. This is serious stuff! Should be good for low 14s on the new 5.4L Navis. (6-spd auto)

So are you dropping the extra $$$ for the polished one?? :D

Doubt it...its my brother's truck and he's not really into shiny stuff under the hood. It just has to haul ass.

Right now the people at Whipple are denying that this would fit on a Navi...its the same 3V motor as the Fords...sheesh. smile.gif

If it fits the Expedition I don't see any reason it won't work on the Navi. I guess seeing that mammoth thing in black under the hood would go better with all the black plastic Ford uses anyway.

Why you need to haul ass in a Navigator? You have a death wish?

Because everything needs to be fast. And it'll tow a car trailer a lot better with a blower. ;)

"When I put my foot down, I want everyone to think the world is going to end." :D

In reality, I see power on demand as a safety measure. If I need to merge or pass, I don't want to wait. As an added bonus, it's just plain fun. As you near ludicrous speed, grown men will giggle like school girls. Of course, with speed comes the need for better brakes. ;)

Large big slotted Brembo's or some other comparable equipment would look nice on there.

It will also be great for towing. Kind of a moot point though, the kit is not "intended" for the Navi, and we are messing with other cars right now so it will be shelved.

But that is the best supercharger on the market, and it is available for all Navigators, including the 2005-2006 models.

So you had to go and get us all worked up and excited for pics and firsthand impressions for nothing huh? Oh well, maybe you can knock all the other projects out ASAP and do this on it anyway.

It'll be a looong while now I guess. smile.gif
