Does anyone know how close the system on the Expedition/Navigator is to the Mark VII system? I'm curious to see how closely related the design architecture and logic control are to each other.

I would doubt they are related, besides compressor and venting solonoid. The ride characteristics are different and the weight is different. But knowing ford the computer itself is probably internally not much different.
