In my opinion it is a waste of the Lincoln name on a mere F-150. The Blackwood was a badass original truck. That is just a warmed over regular ford truck.

Th Blackwood had the right styling, but it's timing and execution were off. It should shouldn't have come out when the new Navigator bowed months later with new styling and upgrades. The truck was also too much of a niche vehicle. It should have been offered with a real bed and 4 wheel drive. The ugly Escalade EXT sells because it's a versatile truck with Cadillac appointments.

If the Mark LT comes with the 32v Navigator motor and real aluminum trim (like the concept car) it will be a very nice truck. Dare I say it, I might even like it!
