i have a 1999 navigator.the rear air bags are inflated all the way.can't get it to sit back down.check leveler sensor,it is still attached .any suggestion before i take it back to dealer?thanks

Have you had the car in to be serviced where they use a lift or a jack? I know on all the Lincoln cars with air ride that the switch is supposed to be shut off before raising the vehicle. Chances are that whoever worked on it last didn't know this and the valve pumped all the way off. The only way that I know to fix this is to bleed the air off. Good luck. Hope this works.

just to let everybody know,the problem was a coroded vent solenoid on the compresser.wouldn,t allow the suspenion to vent.dealer replaced the whole compresser,under warrenty.thanks smile.gif
