Stock? High 14s...think the highest I heard was 14.7.
Modified? 13s without a blower...with a blower you can get any time that a 2003 Cobra gets. I've seen those dyno over 600hp with a Kenne Bell Whipplecharger upgrade to the stock Eaton blower. When you get that wild, its just a matter of tuning and traction.

Because I heard some people before talking about an ECU and how it does wonders for the car. I dunno how much HP and TQ. that would net you. But modification wise would it take just an ECU, CAI, catback exhaust, and some better tires and you would be able to hit 13's? Or would there be more to it then that?

Those mods will net you 20-40hp at the wheels (which is a lot), so figure it will get you into the mid 14s easy...maybe low 14s.
My guess is that you'd need 3.73 or 4.10 gears too. smile.gif

The X-pipe is my favorite. I will get one of them for my 1993 at some point. smile.gif
Whats your best run in the 1/4 in your car? So far my best run in my Spec V is a 15.196. I hold the second fastest 1/4 time for a stock Spec V. Some bastard got a 15.0

It depends on the car, stock for stock. I've heard of cars running 14.6 stock, all the way up into the mid-high 15's. A lot of that is the driver, though, and how much crap is in the trunk. I haven't yet gotten better than a 15.1 out of mine, with a tune and exhaust, but i have a theory as to why. I think the throttle body is too big, because when i let off the gas a bit it seems to pull a little harder.
If you want 13's, you need gears and a torque converter. A 3000 stall and 4.10 gears should put you in the 13's. The same stall with a 4.56 gear will definitely get you there.

I don't know who owns it, but someone here in the St. Petersburg area has a silver SE with BIG(at least 19in.) BBS rims that must run at least low 13's. I am convinced of this because my '93 lx coupe runs 12.90's on DR's and I couldn't pull him by much from a roll. I'd love to see whats under the hood of that thing! If this is your car(whoever you are) please send pics! Chris
