Pull off the light switch first.Remove the cover where the switch was located. There is a bulb attached on the right side in the back so be careful or it will break.I'll be honest I did break mine but it's only .69 to replace.

You will see bolts after you remove the cover. They are 9/32 or 7mm I think.Remove them.Remove the 2 screws above the speedometer tach .

You can now slowly pry the center piece of the dash out.I started from the left and worked to the right. It is in place fairly tight but no other screws or bolts are holding it on.Try to pull down and out at the same time. With the right pressure it will pop out.To much pressure and you will break it.

After the dash is out you will see small bolts holding the cluster in place.Unscrew them to free the cluster.Behind the cluster is a connector which you will need to remove. The cluster is bigger on the left than the right.Pull the cluster down where you can reach the connector and remove it.

When the connector is out work the cluster out of from the dash area.

The cluster should now be free and out of the dash area. You will see several bolts holding the front of the cluster on.Unscrew them and take off the plastic and the black piece behind it.You should now be able to replace the needle.

It may take several attempts to get the needle in the right position. So put the cluster back in place with the connector in place and start the car to see if the needle is correct. If not take it out and reset the needle into a new position.

Good luck. You can email me normwagner3@yahoo.com if you need anything else.
