Does anyone know of a manual air inflation system or parts that could be inflated like air shocks?
My compressor just broke.

It was hard to understand your question, but I think I know what you mean.

If the compressor has a schraeder valve on the side, you can use a strong shop air compressor to manually fill the system when the car's ingition is in run and the solenoids are open. However, you need a compressor that puts out 125 psi or more. The tire pump at the gas station won't cut it. You can get a new compressor from the dealer or American Air Suspension.

How long will it stay inflated Nick?

Assuming you have no leaks in your springs and the seals around the solenoids are good, then truck should stay up for months with little loss in height.
