03 Navigator Navi System Conversion

Hi all. I have factory CD Navi system in my pre-Jan/03 Navigator. Is it possible to change the CD system into the new factory DVD Navi system?

I bet it is. Not knowing the system on the Navs, where is the disc inserted? The CD player will have to be swapped out for the DVD, and this may or may not involve swapping head units.

You'll also have to make sure the CD system uses the same connection as the DVD. I bet it does. Ford components are "historically" known to be easy to swap... smile.gif
