is an o/d lockout possible?

in my 2001 continental in gear position 3, under full throttle it shifts at like 85-90 at about 5000 rpm into o/d, is there a way to install a o/d lockout like in a markviii so I can fully run through the gear?

That's the 3rd gear shift, not O/D. 1-2 is around 50mph, 2-3 is around 85mph.

Holy hell. Into third at 90. My Towncar goes into 2nd at around 30 3rd around 58 and OD at around 88-94.
