Heated seat problem

Does anyone have any troubleshooting ideas on heated seats? 98 4X4 80K miles - Both drivers and passenger's seats stopped working recently. Light comes on, but no heat on butt or back. nothing obvious - fuses OK, etc. Any ideas?

Are the connections to the heating elements good? Perhaps they have gotten corroded?

In my TC there's two hot wires in the system.
One from the fuse box, 15amp fuse, hot with ignition switch on.
The other from a "power junction box", 30amp fuse, always hot.
I'm not sure exactly where this "....box" is located but if your's is like mine, there's two fuses to check.

One hint, with ignition switch on, everything very quiet, activate the heater... you should hear a "click" under the seat where a relay kicks power to the heaters. This "click" indicates the 15amp fuse is good.

Mine's a Town Car, so I can't be more specific about others, sorry.
