I gotta quick question I just bought a 1987 LSC, and The previous owner has an aftermarket SONY tape player in it, and i want to install my JVC cd player in place of the tape player, I have no idea how to remove the old tape player so i can install the cd player ? any information would be greatly aprreciated, pictures would be even better i dont know if there is a web site or anything

behind the face-plate in the upper right and left corners along the top edge, are there narrow rectangular slots? If there is, then that's your release slots.

As SQ says there are pins on an old sony radio but sometimes they take some coaxing. They newer ones require a little metal slip that goes in each side.
