Hello,

I just saw Rust Mort mentioned in another site on the web. It seems to come highly recommended for treating vehicle rust by bonding on it. Does anyone in Lincolns have any experience with this stuff? A link I have shows it can be bought in different sizes (quart for about $14). This stuff appears to be like Rustoleum? I have some rust that needs arresting, but I cannot spend more than the TC is worth to deal with it. Thanks.

John R

I've never used this stuff but I've heard about it, and my neighbor (who is an avid Jeepster) swears up and down by it. Supposedly, it's the same thing as that Rustoleum Rust-Cap paint - you just paint over the rust, it seals it in, and eliminates the worry of having the rust grow.

That's how I understand it. I'll try to get a better explanation once I'm home.
