How to fix corroded wheels

My 1995 Town Car is almost showroom except for the rims which have some corrosion damage on the outer rim edge.

I would appreciate suggestions as to ways to restore appearance such as some sort of paint etc..

The wheels need to be stripped and refinished. The corrosion has gone through the clearcoat and has corroded the aluminum underneath. You can do this yourself, but the process is somewhat involved.
