I just got a '95 Town Car Signature, and the drivers side corner parking light (shares the same housing as the cornering light) had a bulb that was so old, it was no longer amber. I figured no problem, I will just pick one up and change it real quick. Well, after removing a screw that ended up doing nothing, I thought that it might just snap off. Oops, some glue and silicone, and it seems as good as new, however, there has to be a better way. The only bulb socket that is accessable from under the hood is for the cornering light. Is there an easier way to change this little bulb in the future without glue, or worse, taking out the whole lamp assembly? It seems like a lot or work just to change a bulb, especially since you can't really get to the bolts.

After reading your post, I looked at the cornering light on my 90TC and found the same problem. I guess the whole assembly has to be removed. Some things on these cars are a real PITA.

Hi VTEMT-I

Sorry there is no easy way to change the front side marker bulb on a 90s TC, undo the screw at the rear by the amber reflector, then open the hood and undo the two nuts on the inner fender, remove the cornering lamp assembly, then you can get to the bulb.

On my 92 TC Ford have only given me about 1 inch of spare wire and I have to use some pointed pliers to get the holder back in.
