What cam? What are your power goals? With the 65mm throttlebody and a SD friendly cam, I'm assuming you're looking for around 230hp at the wheels (about 270hp at the crank)? If so, either intake will work fine. The Cobra is a nice street intake, supporting adequate upper-RPM power and making good low-RPM torque, important for a street car. The TFS Street Heat is also a decent intake that makes good power throughout the RPM range. I would also look into the Typhoon Performer intake. It's basically a clone of the Edelbrock intake, and lots of people have had lots of success with them, they just don't look as pretty as the Edelbrock's.

Personally, I've run both the TFS Street Heat (and Track Heat) and I've got a Cobra intake on my car now, which realistically is too small but funds won't allow me to buy the Performer RPM II that I want, but I also have Victor Jr heads and a TFS stage II cam, a little bit more than what you're probably going to be running. And to be honest, the Cobra does just fine with my setup until about 5k when physics steps in and limits power because the intake just can't flow what the heads can.

You may also look into the Comp Polymers box upper for the stock lower. Clean up the stock lower, or maybe find an old school Holley Sytemax lower, mate it to the Comp box, and it should be a decent setup for what you're doing.

Really, it should come down to what intake can you get cheaper, because all four are going to be more than enough for your power goals and decent on the street.

+1 on the Explorer upper/lower, depending on other factors. They're essentially a Cobra intake, just not as pretty and they have a 65 mm throttle body. You can just swap the levers off your stock 60mm unit and it'll work on the cheap. Remove the "elbow" and it fits nicely. Just be forewarned that later Explorer intakes don't have internal EGR passages. Not sure if those AFR heads have the provision or not, but if you plan on using EGR get either an early Explorer, or figure how to plumb in external EGR source, probably from a set of 94-95 Mustang headers.
