If you know someone who is interested in a Zephyr, you better believe they'll wanna know how much the car and every option costs the dealer to sell.

I saw one in Tungsten Grey in a Lincoln showroom the other day
that seemed to de-emphasize the clumsiness of the rear end of the car. It actually looked decent, although I don't particularly like the color itself.

The tungsten gray with black interior was one I spent a fair amount of time with a few months ago. It looked pretty classy in that combo, course I'm just biased because that's the colors of my 95 LSC. :)

If I were to get a Zephyr:

1. Tungsten or black outside
2. Chrome wheels
3. HIDs
4. Moonroof
5. THX audio, but no navigation
6. black leather/ebony wood
7. heated/cooled seats

The only kind of Zephyr I'd consider buying....

Goofey rear end cleaned up with "Lincoln" style tail lamps
4.0 or bigger V8 engine - maybe from the LS...
Front end that didn't look like an Fusion/Milan - more Lincolnesque
Rear wheel drive

At that point, the car would be considered useful.

A neighbor down the street has a new Zephyr in gray on his driveway. My 17 year old daughter commented; "Wow dad, what is that 'piece of $#@&' on their driveway? They used to have that nice Town Car. Did he loose his job?"

A brutally honest opinion from my 17 year old daughter that thinks my Town Car is "weird and ugly".

I'm sorry, I'd like to, but just can't find anything nice to say about the Zephyr. Maybe I'll test drive one next week just for the heck of it... shucks, I'll have to wear my fancy suit, get out my Rolex, and act like a freakin` snob... ah well, maybe I'll also drive a Town Car while I'm there so it won't be a total loss.
