Hey Guys, lots of nice posts if have seen latly. Anyway iam wondering about yalls expert opinion on suspensions. When i shift into reverse and hit the brrakes ill hear a pop or a click, then after this and i hit the brakes going forward it will pop agian and then never to it agian until i hit the brakes going in reverse. Also when going at 45MPH or so the steering wheel shakes.

All I can add to Ekooke's post is to also check ball joints, tie rod ends, and wheel bearings.

Could be the caliper isn't fastened down properly and its shifting around maybe. 95 has disc in the back, so no adjuster clicky. Could also be ball joints or control arm bushings making it pop. The shake could be warped rotors, an out of balance tire, bad tire, or bent rim.

Thanks guys, ill look into it this weekend now that i have the car running well. just making sure there wasnt some very common problem that everybody replaces. Ill be tacking the wheel off and jiggleing some stuff around to see if anything is loose or not. anyone know off hand the Tourque measurement for the lugs? i can rule out the Inner and outer tierods since i replaced them, and the right one twice, then had two front end alingments done because the first one made the car go striaght but the steering wheel being tilted to the left to go striaght (cant stand that lol). i had the rotors turned 5,000 miles ago

Well, he posted in the 82-87 category, without stating the year.
