How to change front drivers side brake hose?

I figured out that the problem with my brakes is a bad front left brake hose. What tools and how do I change a front left brake hose on an 87 towncar? Thanks.

snak_king, is it the rubber hose?
Have you ever worked with rusty bolts, nuts, tubing, etc.?
Do you know how to bleed brakes?

Yeah I got the hose on, but I still need to bleed the brakes, because the pedal still goes to floor, I'm gonna do that tomorrow.

The old hose was a bitch to get off though.
