Also as far as headers go, I can use any header for mustangs 86-93 correct?

is 1 5/8" primaries good?

these BBK seem to be cheapest name brand ones i can find, is that good price, any suggestions, also is 8 to 15hp gain right?

finally i notice all end with 2.5" collectors so i guess my idea to use stock mark vii lsc exhaust system is a no go, or i could get a flange from 2.5 to 2.25 right?

exhaust is only thing im worried about for this HO conversion since its only thing i dont have any info on dual exhaust in the conti's

ohh nevermind i meant header reducers and i didnt realize its only like $35 for 2.5" to 2.25" and flanges and bolts

I'd still go with a Mark VII or Mustang H pipe and proper duals back from that. 1 5/8 should be fine. I bought FlowTech headers for my car, they're a smidge cheaper than BBK but I don't know how the quality compares. I've yet to install them though.

BTW, you're doing something I've wanted to do for a while. Take a SEFI fox Conti and make it an HO machine. My other idea was take a CFI one and stuff a 4bbl 351 in it.
