At least we can all agree on this. It looks cool (the anti-Lexus) and it feels pretty good most everywhere.

Wow... I'll have to sell my Lexus vehicles and get a few of these Zephyrs... but wait; they are missing critical safety features... but heck, who needs safety features when you have a fancy interior.;)

and didn't I say many moons ago that this was one of the slickest interiors Ford has done lately??? LOL! Any way you add it up, it's a heck of a package for $30K. Make mine black, please.

:) yup...
Navigator interiors are just as nice. I want to get a Navi or Zephyr just for their superb interiors.

Lincoln continues to captivate us with hot interiors

I don't think much of the interior trim materials, if anything, will change when the production car comes out :)

Oh they will. Expect the console to wear brittle plastic while the adjacent dash trim to be soft plastic. Its Detroit's modus operandi for decades and Lincoln's no exception. That's the one problem with the Zephyr, Navi, and even LoL-friendly cars like the Mark VIII.
If anyone at Lincoln is reading, go stroke the side panels of a Lexus IS center console...and duplicate for your future whips.

I don't mind you breaking my balls Pro since Lincoln has been doing it for some time. There isn't much left to break anymore
I'm hoping someone comes out with urinal cakes shaped as the four pointed star. That would be so sweet :p

I wouldn't do it if Lexus didn't exist, but the ball busting was for Lincoln, not for anyone here. I like the Zephyrs interior, its creative and decent in most touchy-feely areas.
The only reason this really bothers me is because the first Zephyr I saw at the dealer had fingernail-sized chunks of flash casting on the lower console. Granted it was between the console and the seat, but its shameful that someone installed that part on a car instead of scrapping it.

I had the opportunity to sit in one at the local autoshow. I sat in a 2006 Townie... Never have I sunk so low when sitting in the capt's chair!!!!

S'all good here. It's not like I'd buy one. I'm just not feeling the new cars from most of the companies right now. A Saturn Sky Red Line is pretty tempting though (atleast for a test drive) ;) :D

Interesting you should mention Saturn. I traded my Saturn Vue in on my new Zephyr. The new Vues are very nice. Leather. maple. the works! Every GM I've owned has interiors that fall apart way before there time. The Saturn was better, but still showing wear too early.
Oh, and the Vue (when comprably equiped) lists for around the same as the MKX. Watch the resale as well. But. they have a great forum page.... SaturnFans.com
