While in Payson a few weeks ago, I saw a nice looking albeit dirty Blackwood parked in a parking lot. I took the liberty to snap a few pics.

I even parked my car next to it!

Nice picture. Any idea what was in the trailer? Did you talk to the driver?

I did not talk to the owner, but I saw the owner and a guy take out two motorcycles and go for a ride.

I had a shot at one a little over 2 years back for $25k but couldn't get the fundage together before it sold. Wish I could have though.

Yea they had to practically give them away IIRC at the dealerships. I really wish I could afford an LS V8 Sport righ now too.

Lincoln dealer by me didn't have any discounts on them and even had some marked up a little over MSRP IIRC. It has been while since they had any. The one I was looking at had 25k miles and was there because the owner wanted an Cadillac Avalance err... I mean Escalade EXT and traded.

absolutely love the Blackwoods! If ever there was a modern Lincoln to have and to hold for the future, that is it!

I keep it spotless, i still need to buff out some swirl marks in it from the last detailers that "detailed" it.

Any reason?

gators are very common down here and you only see a wood every other 2 months or so. just to be different really. i mean could just do a f150 clone of a wood. but just wouldnt be the same.

While in Atlanta Monday, July 10th, we all ate lunch at The Varsity on North Avenue!

Out on the elevated parking lot was this Blackwood. Picture was taken at the table we were sitting at.

BTW Rick
What kind of digital camera?
In the past couple months I have gone through several and have not yet found one which has BOTH good image and build quality for a reasonable price.
Thanks

I have a Olympus 3.3 megapixel digital that I bought in 1998. I've dropped it several times, got overspray on it, and put it inside a tool box when going into junk yards. Probably shot a million photos with it and, in the process, wore off all the symbols on the buttons. I love it and have been extremely happy with it.

Took me a while, but I've got it dialed in and would hate to replace it now.

Thanks.
