Help Please- A/C in my 94 Continental not working. Dealer said it is the HVAC in dash Climate Control. Will a in-dash unit from a 93,94 MARkIII work? I saw some on E-bay but could not find another source. The picture on E-bay looks exactly like mine all the buttons say the same. Also will one work from a 94,95 Ford Tarus SHO? They appear to be identical to my Lincoln's as well. Any help greatly appreciated. THANKS

Seeing as the Conti is really a stretched Taurus body, and a lot of parts are the same, I'd say it will work if the front panel is identical.

Help Please- Need a climate control for my 94 Continental. Will a Climate control from a 93-95 Markviii work or a 95 Taraus sho ? I saw one on Ebay and it looks identical? Same buttons etc. Any Help greatly appreciated. THANKS

Those you mention will work fine. Get one from 1995-1996, those had solid plastic buttons that didn't crack.

DO NOT get one out of a 95 or newer Conti. It will not work. I did that recently for my 1994 Conti and plugs looked the same and all but it did not work. The ALLDATA shows where the wires have been changed. Look for one out of another 1994 or older.

That's odd. Well the 1995 Mark unit works in a 1993 Mark. So it would hopefully work in a V6 Conti.

I *may* still have my 91 (cracked buttons and all) still laying around, will have to look for it if your interested.. it worked when I pulled it to put the pristine one from the parts car into it

92-95 sho will work really any 92-95 will work just make it has a grey case it will say grey on the sticker

What do the color codes on the climate control mean? i.e. the gray case
