Ok.. heres one I dunno why it did it...

doing some of the 'little' stuff I need to on the 91... I have had an intermittant miss when warm, which may be solved, but I thought since I had a TFI module sitting in my 90 that was good, I would swap it as a precaution...

Put the 90's module in, starts, runs, (I didn't drive it, its not currently street legal), but got an imediate check engine light. Put the 91's back on the connector, and it goes away...

anyone hear of that?? did they change something from 90-91 and I am just a big dummy and dont know it?

They do use two different modules for the two years. I am thinking it has to do with the 91 having MAF and the 90 not.

The 91 has maf, and the 90 dont. that explains the check engine light with the 90's module, guess I put the 91's back in permanently.
