So my A/C went out took it to get it repaired but the A/C guy said it was an electrical issue that Power was not being sent to the Fuse. Any Ideas on a fix or how to troubleshoot?

Everything display, blower etc. works fine, it is just not turning on the compressor.

trying to figure out this here...maybe your A/C guy could give you more details, like WHAT fuse.
The processor grounds the A/C circuit, so bad TP sensor (shorted) can do it also, many things can cause this, no freon for one (low pressure switch) etc.....need more info.
The head unit in dash could be bad too...

Just brought my 92 conti to repair shop. Freon was ok but he did the following:
1) Bad ground wire to the starter that he thought low voltage to affect ac
2) replaced coolant sensor
3) I have the typical dcl problem and they thought the temp controller was in the instrument cluster and might be the problem. I don't think this is true. Any comments.?
Anyway, Will try it to see if it works.

as far as I know the temp sensor is not in the cluster.
The DCL is usually pretty easy to fix, see the tech section here to see how. If that dont do it, there is a more involved fix I will describe if needed.
