You pulled a wire and checked spark right. I cant imagine what they could have done. Its debateable what the problem is or if they are responsible but I would atleast call and complain and atleast get a free diagnostic test out of it before they can say it wasnt their fault. I dunno man, theres lots of possibilities, but maybe start with having th codes pulled and the fususes checked.

Run a code scanner on the system.
I've heard of cars sucking engine oil in the intake if these oil change places forget to vent the system when they fill it up (remove dipstick) but that doesn't sound like your problem. Just for kicks, pull a spark plug and see if its oily.

I had this problem once where it just woulden't start. I was getting feul but no spark. Then one day it started and ran fine so I went to the gas station and came home. Then it woulden't start again. The problem was that the wires to the crank sensor had worn through and shorted each other out so that the computer coulden't set the timing. A little electrical tape and it was fine. I would start with the crank sensor. I got some buddies at the dealership to give me all the possabilities and they said this was the most common. Turns out they were right. The other possability was the ignition coils might have a crack on the underside and is grounded on the bracket. Its most likely one of these two. Good luck.
