It sounds as if the compressor has died. When a system leaks for long especially a fast leak, it will kill a compressor.
I do not want to come across harsh but we have a whole tech section that would have helped you out.
No one is in here full time; some quite often but that dose not always help.
Even if the tech section dose not pertain to Contis I think you will find with little modification that other articles will work in your favor.
I would type more but I have to head to work now but I will pop in from time to time as I have breaks in the day.
Fix the leak and get a new/used compresser.

You can check the fuse for the compressor. If still good then you can try to jump the compressor to see if you can get it to run. You can also put a shraeder valve in the airline and fill it up with a compressor and try to find your leaks that way.
...but most likely your compressor is dead and so are a few of your bags (expensive) The key is now is pinpointing if it is the front or rear bags or both by knowing which end is sagging.

I'd say that if one bag has gone, you're better off replacing them all, because they'll be all the same age, and have all the same ammount of wear. there's a links page on this site where you can get replacements. also found this place which seems less expensive...http://www.suspension-alternatives.com
Don't know anything about them, but you can check them out. I opted for the lifetime gaurantee from Arnott.
