I just bought a 2002 Continental CE. I noticed a little slide door next to the driver's seat. Does anyone know what this is for?

That should be in the trunk, behind the rear seat on the driver's side.

Its prolly something used in the assembly line, someone has to stick something down there and they made a nice lil compartment

That's on the sunvisor.

Ya know, maybe its some connection for the side airbags. Maybe!

it's the fuel pump inertia switch reset access hatch, on the newer models the switch is mounted on the b pillar instead of in the trunk
