Everybody always liked that SHO engine, well, until the cams problem happens. 311HP should be fun. They fit Intech transversly into the Conti, but they couldnt do that here, its too big, so that must mean this car has a smaller engine compartment?

Its sideways in the Volvo SUV, I'm sure it will also be sideways in the MKS.

I always wondered how they did that. The Intech isn't a narrow engine at all... (never seen a Conti engine compartment up close...)

The commonality with other applications will probably be good for the MKS though. And it seems like a good engine design...

I don't think 311 is enough. The Northstar Caddy's were making 300 12 years ago. I think they should smidgen it up toward the 330 mark.

Still don't agree with that rear end. A less than sexy ass is a huge turnoff for me :D

Oh! And I've had my fill with sideways mounted V8s

The rear end sorta looks like an older (couple years) Saturn>>> :eek:
