Brake Adjustments Needed?

My 2002 squeaks from the wheels (proportionate to wheel rotation). Not loud enough when windows are up, but noticable when down. Squeaks stop when brakes applied. 39K miles - I assume nothing's been done for maintenance yet. I can't tell which wheels do it, but I think the rear. I jacked the back end and noticed both back wheels have a bit of drag - perhaps one more so than the other. Is this normal? I plan to replace all 4 rotors soon and add ceramic pads. Just curious about anyones thoughts.

You might want to pull the back wheels and look at the brakes--I had one hang-up a couple of years ago on the back and it put a nice groove in the rotor. Had to replace the rotor, brakes, pins, etc..
