The dealer prices vary. They size you up, and them mark up the price accordingly. I was charged around $80 for a Blend Door Actuator at one Ford dealer. Our resident parts guy; discountfordpart can get them to you for around $40 or less. I'd guess that a dealer would charge you $80 for the key fob and then a $30 charge to program it for you.

I went with a girl to buy one for her subaru so they wouldnt screw her over and it was only $40 and they sent a kid out to program it for us. Even so, I would never pay $40 for one!

I paid 40 dollars for mine, and now I regret it

well it's only been a week since i got it,but so far so good,i wish the motor had more punch in it,mostly because im used to my 96 deville.

I’m curious…is the ride smoother in the Lincoln or Cadillac?

well it will be unfair to campare it cause both cadillacs I have had were high mileage cars...above 150,000 plus miles, while this lincoln it's only 75,000,i think the suspension it's softer in my 96 than the lincoln.but like i said its not a fair comparison.

Yep, equivalent punch will come at an extra $1000 in parts ...+ labor and 93 Octane. :(
