Aside from the LED lighting (adaptive LED lighting???), there's nothing revolutionary about the MKS' gadgets. Hopefully they are user friendly, unlike many of its competition's offerings.
Here's a look. :)

It's ok, but I hope that command center is an option. I don't care for touch-screen deals that demand my attention when I'm driving. It smacks too much of COMMAND(M-B) and iDrive(you-know-who) . I'd take a car with the luddite features such as tangible buttons and knobs for the HVAC and audio, thankyaverymuch. Otherwise, it all looks fair enough.

Judging by the concept car, only the radio/nav is on a touch screen. And the menus look pretty simple, just like the Nav systems in current Lincolns. That's a significant advantage over I-drive, Command, and even the Lexus system (which has climate control on the screen too).

I saw the LS430's setup once and even as nice as those cars are, it was still very complicated. I haven't seen Acura's, which is supposed to be the industry leader I think, but then again, does anyone really notice an Acura? :p :p

Check out the Nav in a Lincoln LS or Zephyr. I'm like you, but even I didn't find much to complain about!
