Crazy Question?????????????

I have a 88 TC it has a blue cloth roof on it. On the passenger back side there seems to be mold or moss on it. It is green in color and can't seem to get it off. I didn't try bleach afraid it would mess up the blue Any ideas on how to get this off thanks

Soft scrub brush and some Fantastic or similar product that doesn't have bleach ought to do it. Just be careful and don't scrub too hard or you might rip the top.

I am trying to understand your question- I don't think you mean the interior headliner because I can't imagine moss growing there? Do you mean the exterior vinyl material covering the metal?

If it is the headliner keep it as dry as possible. You don't want that to be wet. I would test oxyclean on a very small patch of blue, if it does no damage spray it on with a very fine atomizer and take it off by gently pressing it with a dry, thick cotton towel.

If you are talking about the vinyl exterior cover like my '88 has all kinds of products would work, I would try increasingly concentrated interior or exterior detailing soap- I get mine from a local auto detail shop supplier.

If you are talking about something else I would need you to describe it more.

Vinyl roofs weren't the only option for Town Cars... they also had cloth covers on the roofs too, as options.
