I log in and get a wellcome, but when I try to search, I get a message that I'm not logged in or inelligible to access that page (or whatever). I'm trying to find out how to trouble-shoot my air suspension.

Sounds like an internet browser settings problem. I believe we use cookies to check for login state during functions that require login.
Try allowing cookies for LincolnsOnline.. :confused

hmm dunno why there isn't anything in the conti section for the A/S..
well, it is very similar to the VII and TC's of similar year, except that instead of air springs, its got air struts (yea, replace the whole damn strut instead of just an air spring).
Operation is very similar, some parts are located differently, but I *think* I heard a rumor that the A/S computer is the same in them!
