Hi everyone:

Just wanted to let everyone know that the Lincoln Reach Higher Microsite was refreshed with some new product content online for MKZ, MKX and Navigator.

www.lincoln.com/reachhigher

its a rich media experience, so make sure you have flash 8 installed. it takes a bit at first to load, but the wait is worth it.

And a powerful V8 engine to go under that hood ornament as well! :D

I guess you have to be a GM, Chrysler, or Import to have a V8 anymore.... ?

Is the MKS that you saw going to be significantly different from the concept introduced earlier this January?

"At the 2007 North American International Auto Show, Ford will unveil a four-door, rear-wheel-drive concept car. The concept, known as “The Interceptor”, is based on the Mustang’s rear-wheel-drive architecture but it is not a Mustang and no production plans have been announced. Additional information on the Ford rear-drive concept will be available December 31, 2006."

Will that be a Lincoln? When do we get the big kahuna, flagship, SUV fighting, Lincoln rear wheel drive luxury automobile?

"interceptor" or whatever its called, is not the Lincoln that will be revealed. I think that's a Ford project.

The MKS i saw was not very different at all, it looks better, and i can say this because i've spent a lot of time with both up close.

i'll let the suspense now slowly kill you...enjoy ;)

The Lincoln that will be revealed is other than the MKS production car, correct?

How does the MKS look different? What color was the car you saw?

That'd fit in like a continental kit on an LS. :D lol

Lincoln seems to lack a common design language lately, besides large, ugly tail lights on the MKZ and Navigator. The MKS looks like a Lexus IS350 from the sides and 3/4. If the MKS can out-handle the LS, then I'll be a little more convinced.

Maybe if the LS had a hood ornament it would have been successful. :p

I agree.....I can't stand the taillights on my Zephyr, they look really odd.
