anyone here with an 07 gator yet?

was wondering if anyone here has an 07 gator yet....was thinking of one, but getting past the dash is problem.

found few dealer now have navi L , looks kinda like a tall griswald station wagon (flame suit on) price d one , navi L, tow package, 20" wheels, dvd.. i think they only come as ultimate package.
was 54ish xplan then less 2500 if leased. 1000 bucks off if purchased. would order alloy exterior/stone interior..

couple things dealer couldnt clarify, if deployable running boards are standard now ? and why the extra 500 something bucks for the hd tow package..read something about load level suspension, but i thought that was standard anyway ?

The tow package has a bigger transmission cooler, power steering cooler and some other stuff I can't remember. If you do tow, its worth it.

Odds are it is cheaper to make all "L" models with power running boards than it is to make a set of fixed ones also. Its a smart move, if you are gonna spend the cash for the long wheelbase, odds are you want the power running boards too.

i think your right about the navi L having power running boards. well, down to the wire, found leftover 06 pewter/dove grey loaded up, except power boards..i like the fixed boards... 15k off sticker, unless i opt for zero financing, then add back in 5500...

went and looked at 07 s again, dont think it s for me yet.....also looked at escalades, 5 to 7k more, and esv s at almost 70k ! wow....

I like the older ones better. Supposedly the 2007s have a stiffer frame, but I really couldn't tell.

Congrats on the purchase. Take the roof rack off for better highway fuel economy and more clearance when entering a parking garage. (I also think it looks cooler without it too)

haven t pulled the trigger on the left over pewter 06 yet, been looking at the yukon s , denali s , and even the escalade esv. loaded yukons are nice ride, denali and escalade little noisey exhaust wise on acceleration, but once at cruising speeds , pretty quite. had a denali for an extended test drive overnite. expedition EL was nice, quite, but need to drive for a bit more before considering a buy... lincoln dealer still sitting on 4 ) 06 navis as of this morning and his navi L, he keeps insisting on sticker ! cause it s new ? guess he ll have that one when the o8 's come out

yup, the 15k is a constant reminder of a good deal, 10k off if i opt for zero percent financing.
lincoln dealer who from i got the 1st 3 navi s will do xplan no problem, and even invoice on 07 if cheaper just to move stock or an order. this dealer up the road from me is full wood kinda guy, he ll have a collection on navi s real soon..

found set of 20" wheels/tires on ebay.........like new rims alot vs what s on the navi i m getting...seems to have been new vendor for little while.....

have a winter/summer set.......

winters in nj are tuff on lincoln rims for some reason, along with that brake dust that burns it s way thru the chrome part..
