I have what seems to be a problem with the anti-lock brakes. When the car is starting out (after starting the engine), the first time you brake, the pedal is very hard (like super power brakes) but then the pedal releases to normal. This may happen as many as three times and then the car brakes normally until the engine is turned off and started again. Then it goes through the same sequence with the first stop or two. I suspect the ABS sensor but thought before I start changing parts, I would ask if anyone has had this problem and knows the cure for sure.
