In the never-ending quest for a perfect handling Continental I've made a breakthrough.
Ever notice how in 1995 & higher Continentals Ford added a front strut tower brace and fender braces between the fender & radiator support?

Well - I figure that Ford put them there for a reason, so I got a set of my own! (the STB I added about a year ago)

Wow! My Conti is even smoother through turn & twists now! I was very surprised at how much of a difference these little beauties actually made. Now, I know that the 2nd gen. Conti's are more torsionally stable than my first gen. these must be part of the reason why.
The braces bolt up fairly easily with a little routing & drilling, I'll see about a picture tomorrow or so!
Oh yeah, total cost for me was $15. :D
