'86 Continental Interior Lamp Relay

I replaced the Relay today, and fuse 13 still blows when I put on the park/headlights.
I've unplugged almost everything fuse 13 supplies and put back one at a time, and each time the fuse opens.
Scratching my head on this one.
I'm thinking a wire is pinched someplace but don't know where that would be.
Any suggestions to get my dash illumination lamps ON let me know, thanks. BOB

put your ohm meter on that wire and test to ground to see if there is a fualt. thats how i fixed my door locks, there was a corroded wire and it was being grounded out on the floor board.
