What do you want the MKZephyr to be?

OK, I've heard all about what you don't like about the MKZeph....

So, what would you like Lincoln to do to make the it a "Lincoln".

I love it, but would like to see a 2 door version. Let's add a retractable hardtop to it..... Oh, and pump the power over 300 ponies.

Of course, I want a hood ornament and would like a small hump in the trunk..... That's just classic Lincoln. I wonder if we could see a opera window in the side of that roof........

The hump would be good. RWD or RWD bias AWD would be great. If it is going to have a V-6 at least be blown or have a turbo but a V-8 is better. Change the looks just so it doesn't look like every other import on the road. My girl drives a Corolla and thought it was a Toyota when she first saw one and no, she doesn't like the looks. I think that is why I like the MKR so much. It doesn't look like anything else on the road. I know I can think of other stuff but I have to get back to work now so others can pick up from here.;)

Hood ornament for sure, its still a Lincoln.

Change the tailights they are hideous...only part of my Zephyr I dont like.

Climate controls are kind of lame, but I'm really nit-picking.

Full glass roof would be cool :)

I'd want it based on a Lincoln LS chassis, not a Mazda 6. The rest is fine by me!

You've mentioned the tail lights...... What would you like??? Would a current gen TC taillights do the trick? Or are we thinking Mark IV? Or maybe a 67 Continental???? All, of course, redone with LED lights....

I'm a little surprised that no one bit on the 2 door or the convertable... Am I the only one that likes things topless???

I don't know if it would look quite right as a two door or a droptop either one. Would really just have to see a photshop of it and judge from there. I really don't like the current Towncar taillights or the MKZ ones. I would lean more toward something like the Mark VII with the upright sides and thin center lit up or better yet, the Mark VIII tails. Of course LED's would be a must. I say LED front turn signals, taillights, interior lighting, and headlights when they perfect that technology.

just change it to "paid for and in my driveway!" I love them, will be my next car when the time comes, just make it black on black :)
