79 Continental spark plugs.

Im going to do a tune up on my car soon and I need to know the Motorcraft part number for the spark plugs. The dealership can only go back to 82 for Lincolns. I have autolites in there now and they are the only thing that has ever been changed on the car besides the air filter im guesing. I have motorcraft wires cap and rotor and im getting the motorcraft coil soon. Andbody know the part numbers for the factory plugs?

Your parts guy is lazy. Their computer goes only to 82 but he could have gotten his ass up and looked it up in the book.

Thanks for the numbers. Does anyone happen to know the gap, cant remember if its in my owners manual or not.

0.53 will do fine, by the way the specs are written on the sticker on the drivers side valve cover of your engine.
